account suspended for cross-playing

I have never cheated in my entire life and I just got a PC after being a console player forever just for me to load up Battlefield and say that I'm suspended after checking my suspension history and my email there is nothing showing that I was ever suspended after talking to EA support they literally just said we don't know and that was it I have not been able to play the game for almost 5 days now there's no software it's a fresh install of Windows secure Boot and everything is already on I tried Battlefield 4 and skate and I can play those games just fine it's only Battlefield 6 the main thing EA just kept telling me was to just look at the forums which that literally gives me nothing to work off
