I'm most likely wrong here, but ask I will...did you buy your parts used? did someone else own your computer, that is - another "gamer/owner", and you bought the computer from them? sorry about the pointed questions. sorry in general about your issue, i hope it can be resolved to your satisfaction.
all parts are new i built the computer same exact EA account on console and PC ea has already told me that it's a problem with them it's not a problem with me but they still told me to make a post on the forums
