Admin Please Read!

The "Submit" button to file a report dosen't work. EA has no support email. This is my only chance to be seen or heard.
I bought the phantom edition on Steam, full price, no sketchy keys, 99euro and I have only received weapon charms and stickers. Steam wants me to contact EA but I cant but the site keeps being down. 
I am afraid I wont come till to progress on the battle pass, and I love this game, best game I bought in 25 years, but I will miss out on the content and I wont refund because I level'ed so far! Please help me :(
