Another unfair ban by EA Javeling anticheat.

So, I played battlefield 6 on 16th september. Though before connecting to my account I accidentally was on the wrong steam account and I was getting a message about the account. Then I moved on my main steam account where I had the battlefiled 6 bought. After that I haven't played that much (about 2-3 hours or so) and I left and I didn't play battlefield 6. THE NEXT DAY AT 23:56 17th September. I get banned, but I wasn't aware of that at all. After 2 weeks, me wanting to play the game again I see that my account is locked out of Battlefield 6 and I was wondering W H Y. Because I don't use ANY SOFTWARE. But from what i've heard Vanguard Anticheat conflicts with Javelin, Which makes no sense. SO, my ban is totally out of any reason.
I really don't get it why you ban accounts without actually checking. Even your competitors unban accounts that are falsely banned if there's enough proof.
Also I didn't know using Thermals counts as "Gameplay enhancements" or Accidentally team killings counts as "Cheating".
