Anyone still missing rewards from the Open Beta and the 2042 event?

Question

After a lengthy exchange with EA Help, they recommended I make a post about this issue on the forums. From what I understand, this is by no means a new issue. Essentially, during the Open beta, I successfully completed all the challenges for cosmetics in BF6. In addition, I completed the entire rewards track for BF2042's Road to Battlefield 6 event. When I received BF6 for Christmas, I was expecting to find all my rewards, but instead I had none of them.

Some things to note:

My EA and Steam accounts have been linked long before I did either of these events, and all of my Battlefields have been bought and played under these accounts.
I received the messages on BF6 that I had the rewards from both the Open Beta and 2042, but when I opened them, had no option to go to them or redeem them. In-game rewards remained locked.

I'm hoping this post will help get this issue resolved.

I have the same issue, but I didn't complete all of the 2042 rewards. EA Support has done nothing besides close my case and keep confusing this with the Bonus pro path rewards. Absolutely abysmal customer service from EA.

I meet the same problem.I even didn't receive any message about Betatest rewards...Hope EA could do something to solve this.

Yea I’m missing my engineer skin from the 2042 event I reached like tier 50 cus I just wanted to engineer skin and I’ve reached out to EA support and literally they had me reinstall BF2042 and “verify” my rank so they can determine if I’m telling the truth or the best way to compensate me for what I’m missing, anyways EA support is genuinely being a headache, they’re end response was “make a forum post and if there’s other people having this same issue we’ll look into it” like man, the commander skin is so dope I’m so annoyed and frustrated, let’s get this post more up there.

Yea same I didn’t max out on the 2042 thing and EA support is treating me so harshly like me not maxing out a pass is determining whether I actually did the pass at all??? And so because of that they closed my case and said to post on the forums.

I’m having the same issue with the 2042 awards, please share this post and make it widely known in the forums so EA can have a better approach with their community as each of our voices matter even for the slightest concern in OUR community, &nbsp;without us THEIR game, would have flopped just like the last.
