Appeal

I filed an appeal on April 28th and still haven't gotten any response. Is this how you treat a veteran player with over 1,000 hours of playtime across the entire Battlefield franchise?

I have never used any cheating software. I suspect the ban was triggered simply because I used a VPN. I swear on my life: if I ever used cheats, I would accept any terrible consequence. Please do not break the heart of a long-time fan.

Since the launch of Battlefield 6, I have always followed all community rules. I never took part in bot farming for XP. All my ranks and weapon proficiency were earned legitimately through normal gameplay, and my KD ratio is completely reasonable. I truly love this game and want nothing more than a fair gaming environment.

What's more, I was at work the day I received the penalty and did not even log into Battlefield 6 at all. I sincerely ask you to review my case carefully. My appeal case number is #243829772.

Can you help me contact the personnel in charge of review appeals to handle my case? I swear I have never used any game cheating software. According to my current understanding of the punishment rules, the only possibilities are that using a VPN node for acceleration caused a misjudgment as a shared account, or that my node IP had a cheater. However, we Chinese players can only use VPN accelerators to play online. Thank you, great General Manager. This is my case number #243829772.
