Did you say anything naughty on voice chat in-game? VOIP??  Are you using the same key for Discord chat as your in-game VOIP?  then you will be transmitting what you say through both.  They can act on  what you say on VOIP in-game if it breaches their policy/rules. 

How EA handles in-game voice chat monitoring
Monitoring is reactive, not proactive: EA's monitoring system is primarily triggered by player reports, not constant surveillance of all in-game voice chat. A report is necessary for a voice or text chat interaction to be reviewed.
Recording is for reported issues: Voice chat is recorded to identify and investigate disruptive behavior. If a player is reported, the recorded voice chat can be used as evidence.
Player-led moderation: As such, it's up to the player community to report rule violations. A player who wishes to speak privately with teammates can use third-party apps like Discord, as some players may not be comfortable using in-game chat with strangers.
Different from other games: Some games, like those from Activision, use AI to monitor voice chat for certain language issues, which is a more active form of monitoring than EA's current approach. 
How to ensure you are not being monitored
Use third-party apps: Use Discord or other third-party voice chat applications instead of in-game chat if you want to communicate privately without the risk of your conversation being recorded for review.
Mute your microphone: If you do not wish to participate in a conversation or do not want to be overheard, mute your microphone to avoid broadcasting your voice.
Disable voice chat: You can disable in-game voice chat entirely if you prefer not to use it. Check the game's audio settings menu for the option to disable
