Yeah I would love to do that except the ban covers the forums which is why I had to make another account to post on this subject. Why is there almost ZERO customer service on a $70 game? I would love to just send an email and get this taken care of but instead I have to jump through hoops and deal with AI not even looking into the case. Meanwhile I actively reported usernames and chat with slurs and inappropriate talking points just to get “we did not seek action “ but I get a game ban for my play style due to spam reports.
Community ManagerYou shouldn't be banned from the forums for a ban you received in a game. Most likely, there's a different reason for the forums ban. Ban disputes are not submitted through the forums. That needs to be done through our help site. You can do that with the link I gave previously. Follow the instructions for using the webform.
I got a full EA account ban for a username which includes the forums. Again I would like to get this resolved instead of waiting over a week for a generic response that no one looked into.
I have also gone through the only available channels in that link for the first ban and second one with an updated username with multiple messages just to get a generic AI response and no ban lifted or altered the fact you guys are permanently banning people for usernames on again a $70 game is wild I’ve been able to use the same username on Roblox and Fortnite to play with my kid seems to be fine with a children’s game but not for a rated M title it’s wild work and again I’ve been using it for 20+ years and I’ve NEVER been banned seems like you guys should be focused on cheaters and poor game quality instead of gamer tags that are allowed on all respective platforms that EA agreed to their TOS to put their game on their platform.
Community ManagerWhile the response is a form, the investigation is performed by a human. Again, we can't help with bans over the forums. You'll need to submit another dispute so ToS can perform another investigation.
