Here I am, banned since December 12th (117 hours on Steam). No explanation, no reason. Just "gameplay enhancements." I've never used cheats in my entire life, never received a ban. I've filed appeals multiple times, all rejected with the same automated response.
The only culprit I can think of is that at the time I had REWASD installed on my PC (I play with a PS4 controller on PC), and some PC GamePass games don't detect input; that's all I used it for. When I played Battlefield, REWASD was always disabled, including the driver (otherwise the game wouldn't even start). It's embarrassing to read that after three months, so many people are still unfairly banned.
I'm also stuck in this loop and can no longer appeal. Appeal form > Submit form > Change topic or view penalty history > No penalty history > Select appeal form
I check every single day to see if there's any news about the ban
As a player since Battlefield 3, I am deeply disappointed.
Unfortunately you're likely going to be caught in the same never ending auto denial like the rest of us. The only thing I can suggest is stay active here, keep appealing as long as it let's you, and if you have a platform like on YT or TikTok then use it to bring light to this situation.
