I haven't received the compensation for the release yet.
Due to the error with the EA App, do I need to do anything special for that?
Somehow get in touch with the team that handled the compensation and convince them that they missed you even though they think they got everyone effected. Good luck with that. Support says they can't do anything about it. Sometimes they refer us to the forums to try to get the attention of a community manager... but they aren't responding either. So no one inside EA will talk to the people who automated the delivery of the compensation, and they won't talk to us aside from telling us everyone who should have got it already got it.
In other words, no one is trying to help us anymore, and they're just waiting for us to get tired and let it all blow over.
