I don't have a main game, and when i log into the game, it tells my account restricted

Sometimes, that implies that the account has been banned. If you wanted to check this, there's a webform in the guide below that will let you contact EA's Terms of Service team.

Alternatively, it may be worth making sure that all addons are installed, in case that's causing the issue.
can u stop marking my and others post as solved ? when its clearly not solved im not banned and even an email confirmed it

I had this same problem when I downloaded the game from the EA App. I fully deleted it from the EA App and downloaded it from Steam; it now works.
