My account has been restricted from accessing online features since yesterday. I tried to play Battlefield 6 (PC ea app) yesterday and couldn’t get it to work… never had issues with the game since launch i have over 50 hours in the game everything worked fine and now I can’t access the game? I tried deleting the cache, reinstalling the game, I checked if i had any bans or community restrictions… nothing everything is clean? I really don’t understand it? I send a email to them twice with a screenshot everything explained i never heard back…. ? Am i the only one?
EA_Aljo Yes, This is getting ridiculous! I've contacted EA Support/Help several times, and first of all, it takes them 20 minutes to understand what the problem is, and then they don't do anything about it?
