Battlefield 6 ate my reimbursed coins after purchasing pro upgrade.

I purchased the battle pass back in November I believe. On 2/6 I purchased battlefield pro. Purchasing that reimbursed me 1100 battlefield coins from having already purchased the battlepass. When I upgraded to pro the game started bugging and said I was missing a whole bunch of rewards I should have gotten when I purchased pro. I then went to the battlepass and it was making me rebuy it. Like it wasn’t reading that I already had the battlepass. So I thought there is no way it would even let me buy it again. So just to see what was going on I held down on it thinking it was going to error out but it actually went through and showed me rebuying it with the 1100 battlefield coins that was reimbursed from already having the battlepass and purchasing pro. When that happened I contacted support and they said they’d help me after 24 hours and restarting my pc. It’s been a whole weekend and still nobody has been able to reimburse me and I have had to re-explain what has happened several times now.
