Battlefield 6 crashes with 9070XT with drivers after 26.3.1

Hello everyone,
my issue started few months ago, any driver after the 3.1 crashes the game.
I want to play the game but I can't keep using such old drivers.

What happens?
After launching the game, after few mins, the game freezes the PC, it then seems to disable or crash the GPU(no source on screen) and to top it all, it then restarts the PC with the GPU disabled.

I already tried disabling Rebar and even formatted the PC to no avail.
