Battlefield 6 crashing PC on compiling shaders

My entire computer is crashing at about 30% through compiling shaders,  I've done just about any and everything I can do but there is no fix and sadly EA doesn't have any sort of customer support so I feel like I'm kinda damned if I do and damned if I don't in this situation since they just delete my support tickets before even reading them,  I just want the game to work since they won't even issue me a refund anymore,  the issue started as soon as REDSEC came out,  not sure if they're intention with this update was to ruin the game or not but so far to me that's all it's done
