Battlefield 6 EA Play Pro Missing Items

Good afternoon. I have purchased EA Play Pro on my brand new gaming laptop (loving it so far!!) I understand with this subscription I get access to the Phantom edition which includes the following; 

4 Phantom squad skins
BF Pro Token - instant battlefield pass token, 25 level skips
Weapon Packages
Weapon and Vehicle skins.

I have played a few games and i have not received these. I thought that i would wait a few days to see if these unlocked after a bit of time... They haven't. I have just been on EA Chat with a person called Anshika and they have stated that EA Play Pro does give the Phantom Edition but it doesn't give the skins, coins, battlepass or the level skips.

Now I'm sorry but nowhere on the internet, nowhere on the pages, nowhere on the FAQs does it state that you do not get these with EA Play Pro. EA Play Pro users are entitled to the Phantom edition. This includes everything stated above. 

Is there anything that can be done because I believe this is fraud (in a way) and I have not been given what EA has promised as a subscriber to EA Play Pro.
