Battlefield 6 not showing in EA Play library (XXXXXXX name issue)
Hi everyone,
I’ve been dealing with an issue where Battlefield 6 (Phantom Edition), purchased on Steam, does not appear in my EA Play library, even though the game launches fine through Steam.
When I enter the game, my name appears as XXXXXXX on the scoreboard.
When I logged into the EA PLAY Windows app, I noticed Battlefield 6 wasn't listed in my game library. I think there's an issue between STEAM and EA PLAY. I contacted EA PLAY support, manually unlinked, and then reconnected my Steam account, but it didn't work. All my other EA PLAY games appeared, but Battlefield 6 still wasn't.
But strangely, when I log into my EA Play account through the browser instead of the app, Battlefield 6 appears among my games.
But when I click on the Battlefield 6 game on the browser, the BUY button appears.
When I click on a different EA PLAY game I own, a REQUEST A REFUND button appears. So, there's a problem. I've contacted several support teams, but nothing has resolved the issue.
