Battlefield 6 won’t launch.
I’m experiencing a consistent crash when trying to launch Battlefield 6 on PC (Steam). After the Easy Anti-Cheat logo, a black window appears for 1–2 minutes, then the game closes without showing any error message.
I have already tried all known troubleshooting steps: Performed a clean Windows 11 reinstallation with all latest updates. Installed the latest NVIDIA drivers for my RTX 4080 using DDU (clean install). Reinstalled DirectX, Visual C++ Redistributables, and the EA App / Steam client. Disabled Steam Overlay, Discord Overlay, and GeForce Experience Overlay. Verified game files in Steam. Ran the game as Administrator.
Despite all this, the issue persists: the game never actually launches beyond the black screen after EAC finishes loading. I have attached: DxDiag.txt (system diagnostics) GameStall_2025.10.29_00.36.41.783.mdmp (latest crash dump) System information: OS: Windows 11 64-bit (fully updated) GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 (latest WHQL driver installed) CPU, RAM, and full hardware details — see attached DxDiag.txt Platform: Steam.
Please escalate this case to your technical team for analysis of the dump file, as the problem appears after the Easy Anti-Cheat initialization step. I can’t attach the crash .dmp file, but I can send the crash file analysis (decoded crash log). Thank you in advance for your help.
