to fix this on my pc I had to limit my frames and put dlss to quality instead of performance. also disabled all overlays. lowered texture quality from overkill to ultra. turned vsync off and gsync on.
Since the game never actually launches, I'm fairly certain the problem is with the anti-cheat itself, rather than having to change something in the settings.
Season 2 did not fix the problem, but I found out something ridiculous... Try adding a local account to windows and see if the game launches. I am not kidding when I say that was my fix. I speculate that Javelin does not like the Admin privileges of my default account
