Battlefield Appeals

So Saturday April 18th,

played two matches of the new operation with my buddy, did really well on both. After completing them and feeling burnt out from the map design we moved to Rush.

The very first match I’m running Assault, VCR and a shotgun. We barge into a house and we’re running and gunning playing off eachother clearing enemy teams easy. All of a sudden boom im temp banned for 3 Days.

I’ve played battlefield for quite a long time, originally on Xbox now I have a PC. It said the violation was Game Enhancements, I.E. something with making a weapon too good I think is how they described or something idk, I’ve never done any form of cheating, manipulation or whatever you want to call it. Now the Appeal sits with EA support teams.

I feel like I was playing really good, I got a single report which I don’t think I’ve ever been reported before at all so I’m assuming this is my first one, and I got banned.

Really I’m just hoping EA, Dice or whoever looks at this has a better system than yeah one guy played pretty good and one person or all that guys buddies reported him cause they died to him so let’s ban him.

Idk maybe I’m asking for too much.

  • Hi there, sorry to hear about your situation.

If your account has been banned or suspended and you believe this was done in error, please submit an appeal through the Penalty History tool.

Appeals for account bans and suspensions are handled by a dedicated team. When reviewing appeals, they use tools and records available only to that team. These are not accessible to the community team, so we’re unable to intervene in their decisions.

Also, just to clarify, under the Battlefield 6 rules, we consider removing anyone who tries to give unfair advantages to themselves or others by cheating. This includes but isn’t limited to:

    • using third-party software, such as aimbots, wallhacks, and other similar cheats in order to gain an unfair advantage over other players
    • using software or cheat tools that disconnect other players from EA servers
    • performing in-game exploits, or abusing glitches or bugs
    • stat padding (abusing game features in an unintended manner to artificially stack on scores)
    • win-trading or otherwise manipulating in-game ranking systems with the collaboration of others. This includes unfair play like teaming up with another player in Solo or squads collaborating with other squads.
