BF day 1 server error rewards disappeared?

Hello, I was one of the people who bought BF6 through EA and missed out on the first day due to server issues. I was pretty bummed about it until you guys gave rewards to make up for the loss. Well, the rewards showed up...and then disappeared by the time I checked the xp bonus screen next. Now that the first season started, I'm also not getting the season battlepass as promised. Help! How do I get these restored?
