BF6 ban for nothing and

I received a ban from Battlefield 6 for allegedly breaking the "gameplay enhancement" policy. I'd like to emphasize that I have never used any prohibited programs, modifications, or other tools that could provide an in-game advantage. I logged into the game and saw that my account had been permanently banned from BF6 for violating the "gameplay enhancement" policy. The ban began on: April 29, 2026. For some unknown reason, my appeal was rejected without any explanation. If EA claims that people playing this game legit should be banned, but that people with a level of 3726, 70+ kills, and 3 deaths per match in a game that's 6 months old don't face any consequences, then good riddance. I will never buy anything from EA. Sorry, but I'd rather spend my money on a game where I won't get banned without explanation.

Hey friend, I’ve gone through almost the exact same situation as you. You can check my previous posts for the full details.

After reaching the appeal limit, my penalty history no longer shows any active sanction, but my account is still locked and I still cannot access the game. I tried submitting new appeals and contacting live support, but just like I described in my posts, the submission page says the case was created successfully even though no actual case appears in my history. The live chat option is also completely unavailable to me.

At this point, I basically have no effective way to contact EA Support anymore. It feels like every possible appeal channel has been cut off.

I preordered the PRO edition and played around 260 hours from launch until mid-December. I’ve used this EA account for nearly ten years, from Battlefield 4 all the way to Battlefield 6, and I have never been banned for cheating or any other violation before this.

What makes this even stranger is that a few days ago I saw another post in the Chinese Battlefield community. The poster said one of his old alternate accounts that he previously used for Battlefield 5 was suddenly banned in Battlefield 6, even though the account had apparently not been used for a very long time. Based on the Steam login records and EA login records he shared, the account had not logged in recently, and the account did not even own Battlefield 6 in its game library. Yet it was still suddenly banned a few days ago.

If you’re interested, I can share the link to that post with you.

Sorry to hear about your situation. You’re absolutely welcome to submit another appeal. A separate appeal will be reviewed by a different member of the Terms of Service team.

You may notice that the reason given for the action is fairly general. That is often because the team does not want to provide details that could give cheat developers useful hints for bypassing detection.

And just to clarify, under the Battlefield 6 rules, cheating includes but isn’t limited to:

    • using third-party software, such as aimbots, wallhacks, and other similar cheats in order to gain an unfair advantage over other players
    • using software or cheat tools that disconnect other players from EA servers
    • performing in-game exploits, or abusing glitches or bugs
    • stat padding (abusing game features in an unintended manner to artificially stack on scores)
    • win-trading or otherwise manipulating in-game ranking systems with the collaboration of others. This includes unfair play like teaming up with another player in Solo or squads collaborating with other squads.

Hi, sorry to hear about your situation.

I saw you mention reaching the appeal limit. While I can’t confirm that for certain from my side, if you’ve already been through multiple appeals and the Terms of Service team chose not to remove the penalty, then no longer being able to submit another appeal would usually mean the case has been fully reviewed, and the decision is considered final.

As for the live chat option, I also tested it myself yesterday. I’ve shared the steps elsewhere on the forums, so that may be helpful for reference.

I'm in the same club as you. My only fault was having ReWASD installed on my PC but I wasn't using it to play. Never got to speak to anyone and denied until I couldn't submit anymore.

Their Terms and Services team will not speak to you directly and have removed all ways to contact them outside the normal appeal service. It's the worst system I have ever dealt with and it's severely damaged my view of EA and the Battlefield franchise.

Im also banned for the same reason since december 2025 and im no longer able to appeal.I have done nothing wrong and my stats are pretty  average, i never got any explanation from them i followed a bunch of post like yours on the forum and most of them got denied by the appeal system so good luck with that.

I got banned too last Novemeber too, I found out that it was due to having ReWASD installed on my work PC. Which is used for controller mapping software. I use it to test games that don't support controller natively to help devs get better controller support on their games. However, when I got home one day, and played on my home PC, I found out I was banned. I appealed twice explaining everything and they still said no. There are quite a few others that have had ReWASD on their PCs both here and Reddit and nothing was done.

Later I found out also, that there are mouse and keyboard players that use that same software illegitimately to get aim assist on mouse. So, I guess that's why it gets flagged by their anti-cheat. I just wish I never installed BF6 on my work PC during my downtime, otherwise I would have been okay. As far as I am aware, its just BF6 as I can play any other EA Game. Whether that includes future releases though, I'm not 100% sure.

Hope you get your ban overturned, but from what I saw/hear, it's never a good outcome.
