Thanks for this, been having this exact issue with my AMD RX9060 XT, seems like it's not just NVIDIA but just everyone in general having this issue, always had a feeling it was the game / directX at fault, will have to give this a try and hope it doesn't crash again. The hard part for me is always trying to recreate the issue, seems super random.
I am also wondering if it's a separate but similar issue with AMD that has to do with the GPU drivers and not directX12, only time will tell.
