If you're gaming on a laptop then there's not much you can do besides turning the CPU fan speed to 100%.
Please read thread carefully, the same cpu doesn’t overheat even with heaviest cpu benchmarks, this shows that cooling and the cpu itself are not in fault.

You could turn off the E-Cores in the bios or try the software Project Lasso to only assign P Cores of your i9.

MavzerTufegi I understand and still recommend and CPU cooler upgrade.
BF6 uses AVX2 CPU instructions which causes high CPU temperatures. If the CPU benchmark software isn't configured to use AVX2 instructions that might explain the lower CPU temps during benchmarks.

No the benchmark I use uses AVX2 instructions and it doesn’t overheat my cpu like bf6 does.
