BF6 launch day EA app not working compensation

As requested by EA live support I'm posting this issue on the forum. On launch day I was unable to play the game due to issues with the EA app. I tried to play Portal but the game crashed to desktop...

have this same issue... emailed support and said it was already sorted. However, this isn't the case.. and was told post on this forum..
