BF6 Playstation 5 (Pro) Phantom Edition missing items

Hello, Posting to just vent my frustration at the lack of advice / support regarding the Phantom edition bonus items I have STILL not received. Ive just attempted to fill in a form with screenshots of proof of purchase as suggested by the PINNED message on this very forum only to get a message when i submitted it that "they dont deal with this type of issue and to try getting help form the player forums". 

I feel like im in a  EA dead end death spiral with this post the only way I can inform anyone of my issue. I play on PS5 Pro if that helps t all, have uninstalled game, changed factions, looked thru countless menus and still says I need to purchase the Phantom pack and pops up with a QR code which goes nowhere helpful.  I would say im lost for words but having dealt with EA Customer support regarding an issue with a previous golf game it seems circles of doom are the customer service model. NEVER AGAIN EA...

Created this post as couldnt see any PS5 specific issues, wasted enough time going in circles on the "advice boards".
