Bf6 Store “No Offers Currently Available” teen account like bug but isn’t

My store tab has been only showing two bundles in the units part of the store and I've tried restarting the game and my console, restoring the games license, and clearing the cache nothing has worked so far and it's been like 3-4 weeks of this happening.

When going to the storefront -- the only section shown is the "Unit" section with the Strix Raiders and the 323 packs. It seems to have happened alongside the Nightfall update. No matter what I do, I cannot fix it. Deleting cache, verifying files, redownloading, nothing. Please fix, I want my weekly free gift. And it is very annoying. There is also nothing out there on how to fix it

Thanks for the report. I’ve merged the post since it’s the same feedback. Have you tried signing out and back in, or doing a full restart? If you’re able to share a screenshot as well, that would be helpful.

I play on ps5 and my in-game store is glitched. It only shows the unit section of it, featuring the ‘STRIX RAIDERS’ and the ‘323’ bundles. When I first got it in late February it was normal, it is no longer the case. I have cleared its storage, re installed it, but nothing works. It also means i miss out on all the free gifts for ps5 players. Please fix this. For my Dad, it is fine though, the store is complete with no glitches.

it does the same for me i also have done every thing the internet has told me to do and it wont let me add a screenshot

Hi thanks for getting back, I have tried restarting the game and turning the console on and off but it only shows unit and sometimes the battle pass tier skips.
I will try and add a screen shot.

I have tried to upload an image in every file type but it just says this file type is not supported.

I am unable to upload an image because it says file type not allowed but I can describe it.

It shows strix raiders and the 323 on one section and for the other one it  says tier skip sale, but it doesn’t say anything else on the navigation bar on the left just 2 dashes.

is shows the same for me brother and nothing i have done has fixed it
