Hey yall I have more information to see if it would help 

starts up and gets a loading ui then goes to a black screen then crashes bf1 works fine

Im guessing it the EAC not installed or working right but I have more information 

not sure what other steps i need to take I have everything up to date and it runs great on my gaming laptop not my desktop
