I keep seeing new threads about game issues, but I genuinely want to know if any admins, community managers, or developers actually respond here.
It feels like players are left to troubleshoot and vent while official support stays silent.
Issues on pc
- Server lag that causes delayed inputs, poor match responsiveness, and unstable gameplay.
- Black screen on exit that forces a restart after leaving a game.
Why this is a problem
- When I purchased this game, I do not recall any clear warning about persistent server lag.
- When I purchased this game, I also did not see any mention of a black screen issue when exiting a game.
- These are basic quality issues that impact normal gameplay and should not be treated as “normal.”
Lack of visible support
- I see people opening conversations about bugs and ongoing issues.
- I rarely see any official replies with acknowledgement, updates, or workarounds.
- Silence makes it look like support is not interested once the sale is done.
What I want from staff
- A clear acknowledgement that server lag and the black screen on exit are known issues.
- A status update on what is being investigated and what has been identified so far.
- A timeline or roadmap, even if it is high-level.
- Any temporary workarounds that are confirmed and pinned for pc players.
- More active engagement from admins or developers in these threads.
They took my money, and right now it feels like broken promises with no accountability.
