As the title says... I've been getting stuck on a black screen when exiting a match.（I saw u DICE marked this issue as 'solved' but it still exist）
My PC is 9700x➕32g➕5070ti，Video card driver is 591.86，system is Windows 10 professional edition x64.
Community ManagerThanks for the report, and sorry to hear you're still running into this issue. Could you let us know if you've already tried reinstalling the game through the Steam client or the EA app, depending on which platform you own the game on?
This bug is with us for a year without any solution. Maybe it's feature not a bug?
This bug is not so simple that is solved by a simple reinstall. When I exit a match, before it ends I have 25 % chance to freeze with black screen.
I have a PC with Intel i7-14700KF, 64Gb DDR5 at 6000Mhz, and an Nvidia 5060ti, now with driver 616.56. But this bug is with us so long, so, I could tried many drivers, but it not depends on it.
The beta was the last version without this bug.
Shame.
