Yeah, I am also still having this problem, and have been unable to find a section to send in a support ticket about this. I have the Phantom edition, but I was stuck on tier 4 and never given the ability to finish the pass. Some of the challenges were modified to allow some people to finish the pass, but I was never provided the 85 tokens, as I had already completed the challenge. The pass is now completely deleted from the game, so I haven't even been able to use my coins to finish the pass.
Is there a location where I can send this in as a support ticket that anyone knows of? The EA website only seemed to have its own selection of issues that you could follow steps for, but not its own submission area for a specific problem, such as not receiving pro-pass items. The last thing I want is EA saying that they were unaware of our issues due to us not specifically telling them, despite already noting they plan to give people their rewards in the future.
