Hey iced6feetunder, Could you try opening the website in an incognito tab or a different browser and see if that lets you submit your case? Sometimes that helps clear up the issue.

just tryed microsoft edge it is the same cant use submit button

Are you also sure that the attachment does not exceed the maximum size, just in case it's too big? Do you also use an active firewall, scanner, or antivirus that could block similar websites? Are you able to test it on a different PC?
