Choppy gameplay while watching youtube or any video on second monitor...

Anyone else watch youtube on another monitor while they play have an issue with sluggish or choppy gameplay, fps is still in 130+ but it feels like so sluggish and choppy only happened after the latest update.

    Maybe you just need to cache the maps up again by playing a few rounds of each.
