I'm having a hard time even getting the error to come out. It happened a few times initially but now it just seems to load forever after hitting start on the main menu. Tried everything i can thats been suggested here with no luck, very dissappointing.

  • I set my primary DNS to quad 9 to test and so far eveything is working again. Chances are it is stuck on a "broken" routing.

  • I had the exact same issue before you press start button to start it up let it load for about 2-5 min then press start should load you in

  • The useless bags here won't help or even reply, even though they are on line viewing things. Same issue on PS5 unfortunately they will sit silent because they don't even know what's happening

Same issue here — Error Code 14: 130003S:-7A, stuck on "Connecting to online services" since May 15, 2026. Was working fine after the Season 3 update on May 12, then suddenly stopped today.

PC / EA App / Singapore / Singtel 10Gbps fibre.

Posting detailed diagnostics in case it helps EA engineers identify the root cause.

    **Network — ruled out completely**

    • ping 8.8.8.8 → 2ms, 0% loss
    • ping 1.1.1.1 → 3ms, 0% loss
    • ping gateway.ea.com (Akamai) → 2ms, 0% loss
    • curl -I https://accounts.ea.com → HTTP response in 2ms (server reachable)
    • ping ec2.ap-southeast-1.amazonaws.com → 3ms, 0% loss

Tested on both main Singtel connection AND mobile hotspot (completely different network) — same error on both. Definitively not an ISP or network routing issue.

    **Steps taken — all failed**

    • Full uninstall of BF6 and EA App
    • Full power cycle of all network hardware (router, mesh nodes, switch, USB NIC) — 10 minutes out of power
    • Clean reinstall of EA App (run as Administrator)
    • Clean reinstall of BF6
    • Whitelisted EA App, BF6, and all Javelin components in Windows Firewall
    • Confirmed Secure Boot is ON (msinfo32)
    • Manually deleted EAAntiCheat service via sc delete EAAntiCheat
    • Ran EAAntiCheat.Installer.exe directly → Uninstall + Repair + Update (all returned success)
    • Confirmed service reinstalled

When launched via the game, EAAntiCheatService does reach RUNNING state (confirmed via sc query while game is connecting). Active HTTPS connections to EA auth servers (accounts.ea.com / AWS US-East) also confirmed via netstat. Despite Javelin running and connections established, error 14: 130003S:-7A still appears and authentication fails.

    **Javelin version:** 1.0.61924.0 / Product version 1.0.12317156 (downloaded fresh May 15, 2026)

    **Conclusion**

The game worked fine for 3 days after Season 3 launched on May 12. Something changed on EA's backend on May 15 that is now rejecting authentication despite Javelin running correctly and active connections to EA servers being confirmed. This is not fixable from the player's end.

    Please escalate.

  • Mines doing the same thing on Xbox never had a issue like this before I have tried restarting my modem a couple times restarting Xbox clearing my data cache and uninstalled and reinstalled still not working I go to connect to online services and gets stuck on loading screen

  • Same thing. I took a nap with the game open and came back to this **bleep**
