Connection Failed 0:66003S:4688822970:0B + Unable to Submit Support Ticket

I have since 3 days now the exact same issue, I tried everything (changing my DNS, unplugged all usb device, relaunched the game, install it again,  clearing cache, restart my router but the connection worked perfectly for other games and applications, change all settings linked with connection, change firewall rules and so on...) nothing could fix the issue and I permanently receive this error after few min being in game... making me crazy 🤯
