Alright, I managed to fix the problem based on this thread:

I unplugged two USB devices from my PC (a Toshiba pendrive and an SD card reader), and after that it started working… What a joke. 😅Try unplugging everything that isn’t necessary at the moment and see if that fixes it for you too.
