Connection Failed 0:66003S:4688822970:0B + Unable to Submit Support Ticket

I unplugged two USB devices from my PC (a Toshiba pendrive and an SD card reader), and after that it started working… What a joke. 😅Try unplugging everything that isn’t necessary at the moment and see if that fixes it for you too.

I have the exact same issue and the same error code ever since the update was released.
I’ve tried everything too — reinstalling the game, restarting the router, using Google DNS, a VPN, a Wi-Fi hotspot, etc. — but the problem still persists.
Have you managed to figure anything out since then?

I bought the game a few days ago, and it’s ridiculous that I can’t even use it properly.

I'm having the same issue ever since I upgraded to am5 I created the support case and they told me to come to fourms and basically figure it out. I have tried everything I could find and it will not work on my PC even on different networks, firewall rules, opening ports, running as admin, clearing cache, confirming bios settings. I'm so glad I created a support case after explaining fourms has no solution and yet they point me back to here.
