Connection Failed on PS5

hi,

We have a PS5, multiple accounts set up on the PS5. One adult account and two child account. The game works fine on the adult account, but get an error that the game can’t connect on the child account.  I have the parental controls set up to “Don’t Restrict” for games.  See error message below. Does an EA account need to be linked to the child account? Am I missing something?
