Can't connect to the game, everytime I get past the queue, I get this error message

What am I suppose to do ?

I am unable to play BF6 as I get a connection failed message. I had the same issue with Beta but thought it was be resolved for launch day. I have tried different internet connections, VPN but no luck.
Error code 1:86001S:66003S:4688822970:0B
I have tried connecting customer service but I am not sure the ticket was raised.
Any help is appreciated.
After researching the code turned out that you need to disconnect any usb device you have, weirdly enough, I don’t have any external usb device but worked when I disconnect my keyboard :/
