F48i3N the connection issue can be caused by multiple things.
1 For testing purposes. Try disabling the Windows firewall and see if that helps. Make sure to turn Windows firewall back on.
2 Log into your home router and put the PC's IP address in the demilitarized zone (DMZ). This will open all the router's ports for the PC. Make sure to remove the PC from the DMZ after testing.
3 Unplug the power cords from PC, router, and internet modem for 2 minutes. Then plug them back in and see if that fixes anything.
4 Maybe your ISP uses carrier grade network address translation (CGNAT) and is sharing your public IP address with other customers. If your WAN/Public IP address in router settings is different than whatismyip.com . Then your ISP is using (CGNAT).
