Connectivity Issue

Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. Are you still having trouble connecting to BF 6?

Yes  - other games load ok, Xbox is connected but BF6 does not.- it just says “connecting to online services” and nothing happens. I have updated my subscription and that’s valid til middle of March. This is very frustrating and disappointing.

This is THE WORST support that I have ever received. I buy a new Xbox Series S to play this game with my grandson and 3 weeks in I can’t connect to the BF Servers. Other games are OK, but BF 6 won’t connect. No advice, no support, just a waste of money.

Hello. Apologies for the late response. I was out for the holiday yesterday. Let's see if power cycling your equipment will help. Please follow these steps:

1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
2. Hold down the power button on your console until it turns off
3. Plug in your modem/router and restart your PS4
   
   

Try playing again and let me know what happens. Thanks!
