Crash PC restart

I hadn't had any crashes causing the PC to immediately restart from launch to end of season 1. Once I came back in season 3 these crashes started happening. Since rolling back the gpu driver to version 596.49 my PC crashed again in Tsuru Reef. Installed on D drive.
When I moved install folder to OS C drive, the PC doesn't restart, instead file explorer just stops working, taskbar disappears, and PC becomes unresponsive sometimes.
Seems likely to be a faulty RAM issue. I've encountered no errors since swapping in new RAM.
