This worked for me after a couple of attempts....
"I went to the BF6 data folder and deleted the MP_Eastwood. Then ran Repair via the EA app. Eastwood"

This worked for me too. I deleted all MP_Eastwood folders and files, then went to repair, it repaired around 18GB of data.

As a PC user I can confirm like others that uninstalling and reinstalling fixes the issue, trust me I felt the pain also and was worried that all my achievements would be lost but everything is where I left it and can now play any game mode without CTD (even Eastwood conquest is playable) 😁
p.s I know EA should have their game together and will probably fix with a patch if you don't want to to do this but who knows if and when that will be.

I had the same problem trying to play East Wood in Conquest Mode. The game would either exit to the desktop trying to load the map or it would pause and drop back to the start match making screen.
Removing the 'MP_EastWood' files with Repair fixed the issue for conquest.
I later discovered the same problem in Sabotage mode with 2 other maps 'Blackwood' and 'Saint's Quartar'. This time I did the entire uninstall/re-install. These maps still fail to load for me every time.

I was able to fix this narrow matchmaking problem with Sabotage and "Blackwood / Saints Quartar" by reducing my VRAM requirements.
I reduced 'Texture Quality' from 'overkill' to 'High' and the problem can not be reproduced anymore while trying to join these maps in solo mode (custom multiplayer search).
I had used the 'Nvidia App' to optimize BF6's settings. It set 'Texture Quality' to 'overkill'. The VRAM usage map was showing it could go over my 3070's 8GB VRAM. It seems like the game silently fails in some way when this happens with no message etc.
I still have matching making problems where I can sometimes get stuck at the score screen in between games. This seems to have a different root cause.
