Crashing Xbox Series X

it will be anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes of in game playtime before the game closes out to the xbox dashboard or just completely resets my console. 

even after uninstalling the HD packs, It’s crashing in the middle of playing and been that way since release. i’ve had the experience during the beta with it crashing and i figured it was no big deal considering it was just the beta.. Then when i was able to i pre-ordered the game in hopes the full release wouldn’t cause the same issue. Unfortunately i was wrong and its been a constant problem. i’ve seen people on reddit forums and EA forums having the same issue with it crashing after playing anywhere from 5-30 minutes and even after trying every troubleshooting imaginable nothing has helped. NONE of EA and Xbox troubleshooting methods have helped, i have tried every. single. one.
