Days go by still no one helping EA smh!!

Please send someone who’s willing to help I got the battle pass like 4 day’s ago and still haven’t got my free rewards at first I was going to let it be but I just can’t allow yall to not help me are see what wrong I love the game until this problem and EA not trying help solve it I’m willing to buy the pass over just for the fits but come on this is insane help me get my fits f the money !!
