Didn't get purchased bundle

Hi, about a week ago I've purchase bundle, I don't remember its name but it's "Dead Angle"-like with "Nato" sniper skin. After I've pushed "buy" button big red banner flashed from the screen and nothing happened. No new item appeared in my inventory, no new letter get in my email, but these bundle didn't show up in store anymore. I've created case in "help" section of EA site but got no answer =(

    EA support is all AI assistant run. You wo t get any help just smoke and mirrors. Don't let um shine you on. Sue um.

  • No, there "purchased" or something like this was on the banner and in game currency has been spent.

    That sounds like it might have been a payment issue. Generally speaking, the red banners EA use are usually related to errors. 

    Speaking to EA Help is the best thing to do here, so they can check what the issue was and if you have been charged. They should come back to you on the case over the coming days. However, if there was an error then you'll potentially have to wait for these bundle to appear in the store again, to try purchasing them it then.
