A DirectX error persists in both the Open Beta and Closed Beta. The game works fine, but multiplayer doesn't work at all. The issue occurs on completely different systems and hardware. Reinstalling the game, drivers, and DirectX doesn't help, nor does trying different launch parameters. Is there a solution that will fix this permanently, or how long should I wait for a patch? Hopefully, it won't take two months...

Not so much a solution but rather lipstick on a pig. I can't close my EA app while the game is running. Hopefully there is an actual fix to this soon.
i don't even have the ea app installed defiantly not a fix unfortunately
