EA App not recognizing my Battlefield 3 Extended Edition
EA App does not allow me to download my BF3 Game.
Despite me having 450 hours in BF3 and numerous achievements unlocked EA APP claims I do not own this game.

First, let's try clearing the EA app's cache and reinstalling the game.
