EA does not care

It is absolutely crazy how my game and also very few others which I saw are having a game breaking bug, the one that says timed out your session has ended due to inactivity, that won't even allow me to play the game at all. I have logged on every day for weeks and tried to play, but still get the same bug. I have written on the forums, tried to find a way to reach out to ea, but couldn't find a way. Its been 2 weeks since I made a post on here and havent heard nothing at all. How is it that such a major bug is just being shrugged off? Is it because only very little players are experiencing it? I paid 70 just like everyone else, and I cant even enjoy the game because I cannot even play it. I am beyond frustrated, I love this game and love battlefield and life has been very stressful and I cant even unwind and do what I want to do on my free time. I have deleted the game already because I have no choice, no point of having a game on my xbox that doesn't work. Wish I could get a refund but doubt that'll happen. Thank you EA for caring, I really appreciate it.... not. I really hope this bug is fixed sometime in the future, it doesn't seem like it will be fixed anytime soon, so there goes another 10 bucks wasted on a battlepass that I can't even progress on because I can't play. I get you guys are busy with making new content and whatever else it is youre doing, but the first most important thing to you guys should be to make sure all of your paying customers and gamers are able to load up and play the game, I mean come on. If this doesn't get fixed soon, I doubt I will even come back to play this game.
