EA Help Support Case - Server Connection

I've been trying to raise a support case about the sheer unplayability of Battlefield 6 outside of a Portal experience, which of course doesn't give me any proper progression now and has much more limited server options etc. I am in Brisbane, Australia and thus 'Oceania' as a region and I have monitored the servers that I am connecting to when I jump into a typical matchmaking game, and I have done the traceroutes and they all resolve to AWS locations in Europe or the US which makes the game unplayable due to latency issues and rubber banding. I cannot join an Oceania server through the typical matchmaking experience despite dozens and dozens of attempts, and without a server browser I cannot join a reasonably performing game without using Portal to force it to a local game, of which there are few in general and practically zero that offer proper progression, especially after the latest 'adjustments' to that.

I have attempted to raise a case through EA support 8 or 10 times now and after submission the ticket just does not appear, I have nothing in 'my cases' or anything to suggest that my submission has gone anyway.

What am I supposed to do to get this rectified?
